We require all customers to provide at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rebooking the following services:

  • Private charter for events

  • Tours and day trips

Failure to do so may result in one of the following actions being taken:

  • The customer will no longer able to use our services subject to the discretion of the business.

  • The customer will be charged a cancellation fee (20% of the service fee) on the payment method provided during booking, if applicable.

  • If the customer has prepaid for the service in full through bank transfer, this amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 20%.

  • If the customer has prepaid a minimum deposit of 20% or more for the service through bank transfer, this amount will be fully refunded.

We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Alternatively, we can offer one free service (of the same kind) upon rescheduling. The free service must be scheduled within 7 days of the cancellation.

In the event that a customers flight or cruise is delayed for less than 1 hour we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional charge.

In certain situations we will adjust pickup time at no additional charge if a customers flight or cruise is delayed for more than 1 hour. This is subject to the discretion of the business.

We always try to inform customers of the need to reschedule their booking as soon as possible, however there may be instances where we are unable to provide more than 24 hours notice. In the unlikely event that this occurs we will not charge any fees, and the customer will receive priority rebooking or a full refund if desired.
